Fees and Insurance:
I am passionate about making psychoanalysis accessible to those who seek its transformative potential. While Y-Knot Psychotherapy does not currently participate in health insurance programs and cannot accept health insurance payments, I am committed to working with clients to establish a reasonable fee for services based on their individual needs and circumstances.

My standard rates are $175 per hour for individual sessions and $300 per hour for couples sessions. However, I'm committed to making therapy accessible to those who need it. I offer sliding scale options to ensure that financial concerns do not hinder receiving care.

Additionally, I am a member of the Open Path Collective, which provides access to affordable therapy for those in need. Please contact me to discuss sliding scale options, Open Path Collective membership, or other financial arrangements that may help make my services more affordable for your unique circumstances. I'm here to work with you to find a solution that allows you to receive the care you deserve.

Debit and Credit Cards, Cash and Checks, and Venmo are accepted.

Cancellation Notice:
Life happens. Y-Knot Psychotherapy has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Due to the unique nature of psychotherapy we require all patients to notify Y-Knot Psychotherapy 24-hours in advance of a cancelled appoint or you will be billed the full amount of your regular session. Missing appointments interferes with continuation of care and takes away opportunities of others. Your diligence in this matter is greatly appreciated.
