INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Why not?

I utilize a psychoanalytic approach to psychotherapy derived from the theories of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. This orientation differs from many standard counseling and therapy modalities in emphasizing deeper self-reflection through open dialogue oriented around the individual's needs and interests.

In analysis, I encourage you to speak openly without restriction about whatever arises internally. This free flow of uncensored thoughts and feelings allows you to trace associations, patterns, and unconscious motivations unique to your subjective experience. Rather than imposing external frameworks or assumptions, I aim to meet you where you are and guide you in building self-insight.

Every journey in an analysis will be different. By creating a non-judgemental space for authentic sharing, the multitude of threads that emerge can lead to profound personal breakthroughs and more informed ways of living. Wherever this winding path takes you, I will be there to listen deeply and facilitate your process of empowerment and growth.
